1. Agreement

By accessing quirksense.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Quirksense is an India-based apparel brand selling streetwear including t-shirts, shirts, and jerseys.

2. Account

You may sign in via Google or phone OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Order confirmation is sent after successful payment via Razorpay.

4. Shipping

We ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by pincode (typically 3–7 business days after dispatch). Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.

5. Returns & refunds

6. Intellectual property

All Quirksense designs, logos, and content are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or resell our products without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Quirksense is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
